Hi Larimer County Libertarians
I just wanted to inform you that CSU and CU are both putting on Know Your Rights events this semester, in order that our fellow citizens learn and know how to exercise their constitutional rights in police encounters.

If you know other folks who might be interested, please forward this information on to them.

Here are the details in brief:

CU EVENT (Boulder)
Wednesday April 4th, 7pm
201 Hellems Hall

CSU EVENT (Fort Collins)
Thursday April 5th, 7pm
Clark A103

What should I say if I'm stopped by the police?

If the police ask to search me, what should I do?

Do I have to let the police into my house?

How does the Constitution protect me during police encounters?

If you don't know the answers to these questions (and others), you should!!

SSDP at CSU is proud to present:

What: Know (and exercise) Your Rights!!

When: Thursday, April 5 at 7:00 pm

Where: Clark Building A103

Featuring: Midnight Special Law Collective - Oakland, CA
Rob Lowery, Attorney - CSU Student Legal Services
